Refund and Returns Policy

At Mindwave Learning, we strive to provide high-quality online training and certification programs. To ensure a transparent and fair experience for all learners, please read our Returns & Refund Policy below:

Refund Eligibility

  • If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the course.
  • Refund requests must be made via email or WhatsApp/phone call using the contact details provided above.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  1. If the course certificate has already been issued/retrieved, regardless of purchase time.
  2. If more than 24 hours have passed since the course purchase.
  3. If the learner has violated any terms of use, shared login credentials, or misused the platform.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days to the original payment method.
  • Mindwave Learning is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Course Access

  • Once a refund is issued, the student’s access to the course, learning materials, LMS, and any paid content(connected to the refunded order) will be permanently revoked.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
